Tahinli Corek

Tahinli cevizli corek 20$ ( 15 pieces )


Bread

4 cups flour, sifted
1 cup milk
2 1/4 tsp (1 envelope, 7 gr) yeast
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup or less water
1 egg, for glaze
Filling

1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup powdered sugar
