Bulghur pilaf and Cacik



it comes with cacik

1 cup coarse bulgur
1 small onion, diced
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
2-3 banana peppers or any fresh pepper, chopped
1 tbsp tomato or pepper paste
2 tomatoes, diced
1 potato, diced
1 tsp pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mint flakes (if you have fresh mint, even better!)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups water
salt
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
garlic
